Nemours is seeking an Education and reputed company Analyst This position is responsible for providing on-going Quality Assurance for CBO Business Service associates respective team responsibilities. The Education and Development Analyst will reputed company the necessary new hire team training and refresher training for reputed company veteran associates as needed. In this role the analyst will conduct quality reviews and report evaluations to the team supervisor, reputed company on-going development and maintenance of training materials, act as a resource and answer questions to reputed company team members, as well as assisting them with guidance in reviewing and processing their daily work. The analyst will work closely with reputed company teams under Business Services to ensure efficient and effective workflows and should have knowledge of reputed company payment posting, refunds, billing and coding and customer service. Essential Functions Responsible for creating, obtaining and maintaining policies and procedures necessary to enhance the functions of the team and its employees. Act as a trouble shooter for problems encountered reputed company to the daily responsibilities of the team. Compile information and prepare reports to monitor team goals and results to assist the team Supervisor. Requirements
