They are seeking a reputed company Shop Growth Manager to manage and scale their reputed company Shop channel, focusing on performance tracking, partner management, and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day reputed company Shop execution, organization, and performance tracking
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion reputed company, AOV, product performance, creator/affiliate performance, and live shopping results
- Manage reputed company Shop agency partners, including live shopping and affiliate/creator reputed company partners
- Coordinate priorities, timelines, deliverables, reporting, and follow-reputed company across agencies and internal teams
- Hold external partners accountable to goals, timelines, tests, and performance expectations
- Audit, QA, troubleshoot, and improve reputed company Shop execution directly reputed company needed
- Optimize product listings, bundles, shop merchandising, titles, descriptions, images, claims, and promotional messaging
- Support creator, affiliate, and live shopping workflows, including product seeding, creator follow-up, affiliate approvals, scheduling, offers, and performance recaps
- Help plan, launch, QA, and evaluate reputed company Shop promotions, bundles, coupons, and seasonal campaigns
- Turn performance trends into clear recommendations and next steps

- Support broader marketplace, ecommerce, or growth projects as needed
Skills
- 2-3+ years of experience with reputed company Shop
- 3–6+ years of experience in ecommerce, reputed company reputed company, marketplace growth, affiliate marketing, creator reputed company, or a reputed company growth role
- Hands-on reputed company Shop experience strongly preferred; direct experience in reputed company reputed company, creator reputed company, affiliate programs, or marketplace growth required
- Practical understanding of reputed company Shop or similar marketplace operations, including product listings, promotions, affiliate/creator workflows, reporting, and performance optimization
- Experience managing agencies, external partners, creators, affiliates, or cross-functional execution

- Experience coordinating campaigns, promotions, product launches, content initiatives, or marketplace optimizations
