[Remote] Associate Project Manager

They are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support solar construction projects, requiring coordination across multiple projects and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across multiple reputed company projects by liaising with Project Managers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to reputed company timelines, objectives, and deliverables on track
• Partner with the operations team to proactively troubleshoot issues and respond to unforeseen challenges before they impact project milestones
• Engage with engineers, architects, and construction personnel to support effective project planning and execution, including managing subcontractor recommendations and reputed company
• Work closely with Supply Chain to monitor material availability and flag potential procurement risks early
• Support budget development, scheduling preparation, and contract reviews in collaboration with senior Project Managers
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations across reputed company assigned project sites and escalate concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate project records, databases, and documentation to support reporting and decision-making

Skills

• 1+ years of project management experience, preferably in solar or renewable energy construction
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across internal teams, clients, and field personnel
• Proven ability to reputed company, delegate, and hold stakeholders accountable in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and budgeting reputed company a construction context
