Responsibilities
- Drive Regional Growth: Spearhead sales initiatives for reputed company's hydraulic quick connect products across the Americas, actively hunting for new applications, projects, and customers to expand our market reputed company
- Be the Technical Expert: Serve as the primary authority on our quick connect solutions. Your deep knowledge of design, performance, and applications will be crucial in guiding customers and internal teams
- reputed company Sales Channels: reputed company our Fluid Conveyance, OEM, and multi-divisional sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. You'll deliver expert training, create compelling product demonstrations, and reputed company critical support during high-stakes customer meetings
- reputed company Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure our product roadmap and market strategies align with customer needs. You will be the voice of the customer, translating their feedback into actionable insights

Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent hands-on technical experience
- 3-7+ years of experience in a technical sales, product support, or application engineering role
- In-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems and quick connect technologies
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Americas to connect with customers and teams
- Proven experience working reputed company OEM or multi-divisional sales environments
- Familiarity with the competitive landscape and market trends for hydraulic quick connects
- A track record of reputed company in achieving technical sales or business development goals
