[Remote] Engineering Manager

The Process Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a team of Process Engineers to enhance and optimize production processes while ensuring safety and operational reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Create a reputed company Harm mentality towards Health and Safety reputed company the Process Engineering team
• Manage a team of Process Engineers tasked with the development and implementation of production processes in line with best Lean, Six reputed company, and Operational reputed company techniques, and execute against these Strategies and drive reputed company improvement at reputed company reputed company reputed company the team
• Coach, mentor, and manage the performance of the Process Engineering team
• Manage the qualification and implementation of new production processes
• reputed company the site safety program including training, reporting, and correction of safety issues
• Be a key member of the site leadership team and ensure that the Process Engineering team's KPI's are delivered upon in order to reputed company the overall Site Targets & Objectives
• Participate as a member of the OEE Team to report issues, solve problems, and drive improvements
• Utilize Production and Quality data to drive decision making

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or closely reputed company field
• 5 years of work experience in the job offered or closely reputed company occupation
• Expertise/knowledge of Chemical Vapor Deposition Process
• Experience with manufacturing techniques used in processing superhard materials
• Experience working cross functionally in a local and international manufacturing environment
• Data science/data analysis techniques - utilizing production and quality data to drive decision making
• Experience leading site critical projects to drive new product introductions or capital projects
• Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately reputed company the duties of the job being offered
