Associate Counsel

What you will need Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required. Minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate and transactional health law. Experience with mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Knowledge of, and experience with, relevant state and federal reputed company law and regulations, including anti-kickback and self-referral laws, licensing and reimbursement, and similar reputed company specific laws and regulations. Effective project management skills. Experience with financing and investment transactions, private equity and similar for profit reputed company entities and transactions is a plus. This may include such issues as legal research, legal advice, and the drafting negotiating of corporate reputed company and organizational documents. Reviews, revises and counsels with respect to legal implication of rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Prepares, negotiates, drafts and reviews reputed company reputed company and legal documents as needed. Participates in the preparation and provision of educational programs on pertinent topics for reputed company teammates. Reviews applicable legislation and case law as necessary to support General Counsel. Participates in reputed company committees and working groups, as appropriate.
