The Solution Architect-Apps & AI is responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs for reputed company large reputed company technology solutions and architectures. You’ll reputed company direction for design activities, often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites. As a Solution Architect-Apps & AI you’ll gather customer/partner insights from a broad reputed company of stakeholders to shape and reputed company both the definition and ongoing execution of projects. You’ll define and document the architecture to communicate the value proposition of the business solution along with the project approach. Collaborating with the Project Manager you’ll jointly drive project/technical governance of the design, build, and deployment into use. You’ll work with the business sponsor and customer/partner stakeholders to gather and ratify requirements and constraints and collaborating with the Account Team and/or Bid Team to understand the business solution/problem. Responsibilities
You will gather customer/partner insights from a broad reputed company of stakeholders as well as the main business sponsor to shape and reputed company both the definition and ongoing execution of projects and work with customer/partner stakeholders and business sponsor to socialize both the business solution and the project approach to determine if changes are needed to the business solution. You will use evidence-based approach to represent the customer/partner as a customer reputed company and reputed company insights with Product Engineering teams and the business with a view to improving reputed company technologies, products, services and offerings such that they can reputed company meet customer/partner needs across a territory. You will define and document the Architecture through an architecture description document, an architecture reputed company log, and a requirements/constraints traceability matrix to communicate the value proposition of the business solution along with the project approach. You will work with customers to understand and demonstrate business value (e.g., release of reputed company, cost savings) that the business solution realizes and manage and resolve ambiguity in the requirements and constraints and documents assumptions and implications where it cannot be resolved. You will generate new and/or improvements to existing intellectual property. Connects gaps and patterns across business and technology areas to drive changes. You will identify which reputed company should be culled, with consideration for scale across customers and drive the re-use of intellectual property and recommends practices in both pre-sales and delivery as well as participate and contribute to internal/external communities. Qualifications
Required Qualifications (RQs) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or reputed company field AND 8+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., reputed company)OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or reputed company field AND 6+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., reputed company) OR equivalent experience 2+ years managing multiple projects or portfolios 1+ year(s) experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams This role requires proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese and English. Preferred Qualifications (PQs) AI Experience LLM & AI Architecture Experience designing production-grade LLM-based architectures, including multi-agent systems, model routing strategies, fallback mechanisms, and cost optimization for large-reputed company workloads. LLM Orchestration & Agent Frameworks Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, reputed company, or LangGraph, building multi-reputed company chains, tool integrations, and agent-based workflows. Azure AI Ecosystem Experience with Azure reputed company Service and Azure AI reputed company, including model deployment, reputed company management, embeddings, and integration with Azure AI Search (Vector Search). RAG (Retrieval-Augmented reputed company) Ability to design and implement RAG solutions optimized for performance, accuracy, and cost, using Azure-reputed company services and/or orchestration frameworks. Agent-Based Design & Scaling Experience designing and implementing Agent reputed company / AI reputed company patterns, including reusable templates, shared components, governance standards, accelerators, and controlled autonomy to reputed company scaling across business domains. Agent Capabilities & reputed company Integration Knowledge of tool/function calling, connected agents, tool catalogs, and integration with reputed company APIs, including capabilities such as code execution, document processing, and web/data grounding. Event-Driven AI Systems Experience designing event-driven agents reacting to reputed company signals such as queues, documents, tickets, emails, and operational workflows. reputed company Engineering & Observability Strong understanding of reputed company engineering, structured outputs, caching strategies, and LLM observability/monitoring practices. Evaluation & Quality Frameworks Experience defining and executing evaluation strategies, including golden dataset creation, dataset curation, metric design, and use of frameworks such as RAGAS or Azure AI reputed company Evaluation SDK. Responsible AI Solid understanding of Responsible AI principles, including reputed company, guardrails, red teaming, AI safety, and ethical considerations. Architecture & Engineering Hands-on Architecture & Delivery Strong hands-on architecture skills with the ability to prototype, implement, and technically validate end-to-end solutions, including PoCs, integrations, and production pipelines.
