This candidate will play an integral role as a member of the program team, focusing on contract proposal, negotiation, execution and closeout. The portfolio is comprised of Direct reputed company Sales (DCS) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for the production, integration, technical assistance, and sustainment of the NASAMS® system. The successful candidate will support a major FMS customer, contract with Army Contracting reputed company (ACC), and supervise 1-3 reputed company team members. What You Will Do

Serve as the reputed company reputed company during the pre-proposal strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and start-up phases of programs Coach and mentor other reputed company team members Analyze Requests for Proposal (RFP), development of proposals, proposal reviews and coordination, negotiation, contractual agreements, reputed company execution, and contract administration Work closely reputed company cross-functional teams to construct, submit, and negotiate terms and conditions and pricing proposals reputed company guidance regarding contractual and business issues, advising management of contractual rights and obligations as well as possible mitigation of contractual and program risks Establish and enhance effective working relationships with customers and internal partners, to include Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions to drive closure on reputed company contractual issues and reputed company business results Demonstrate business acumen and reputed company sound contract management to meet customer obligations, reputed company company objectives, and reputed company with company policies. Qualifications
