The role involves planning, designing, and leading projects reputed company to microcircuit emulation engineering, providing technical expertise and guidance, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical advisory and consulting expertise to programs and projects under development, acting as a recognized authority in the microcircuit emulation engineering field
• Provides engineering subject matter expertise, guidance and work leadership to technical staff and other groups
• Serves as a technical specialist for the organization in the application of advanced theories, concepts, principles, and processes
• Serves as program technical team reputed company
• Prioritizes technical issues, plans technical approach, and works with program managers to reputed company schedules and budget plans to support program delivery milestones
• Supports program risk identification and management activities
• Coordinates the application of the organization’s technical resources reputed company required
• Develops and provides final technical reviews of major technical reports, status reports, letters, technical memoranda, contract reports and formal briefings
• Contributes original reputed company and innovations to both solicited and unsolicited proposals that result in the expansion of ongoing programs or new program starts
• Develops reputed company briefings and provides understandable and compelling presentations of technical reputed company/proposals
• Complies with applicable quality and reputed company procedures in the performance of duties. Establishes and monitors standards for internal quality programs
• Provides recommendations for improvements to existing quality systems or applicable company procedures and guidelines

Skills

• 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in reputed company field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in reputed company field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in reputed company field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience
• Project/program engineering experience
• Clearance: SECRET clearance with the US Government
• Expert knowledge of microcircuit emulation and its associated industrial reputed company, production equipment, and defense system requirements
• Expert knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, hardware, and software
• Excellent customer and organizational level communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
