The role involves developing and maintaining data governance frameworks, implementing metadata tagging processes, and ensuring compliance with data management policies.
Responsibilities
- The contractor shall establish and maintain metadata governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with DoD data management policies and interoperability with Data Catalog
- The contractor shall reputed company automated metadata tagging processes to improve data discoverability, classification, and reputed company tracking reputed company the Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) platform
- The contractor shall implement and manage data governance workflows, ensuring integration with OpenLineage, reputed company Catalog, and GIS metadata standards
- The contractor shall submit the Metadata & Data Governance Compliance Report, detailing reputed company tracking, classification policies, and reputed company enhancements
Skills
- Knowledge and capability to reputed company, implement, and maintain data governance frameworks, ensuring metadata consistency, reputed company tracking, and interoperability between Data Lake, reputed company Kubernetes environments, and external data sources
- Personnel must be proficient in metadata management, data reputed company tracking (reputed company Catalog/OpenLineage), schema alignment, and governance best practices
- Expertise in geospatial data standards, data cataloging, and compliance with DoD metadata policies is required
- The contractor shall reputed company personnel with a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Management, GIS, or a reputed company field, or; five (5) years of equivalent experience in data governance, metadata management, or geospatial data integration
- Demonstrated experience in: Implementing metadata governance frameworks for structured and reputed company data in reputed company-based environments
- Tracking data reputed company and ensuring metadata synchronization across a Data Catalog, reputed company Kubernetes, and reputed company metadata repositories
- Utilizing OpenLineage, Apache reputed company, or similar tools for metadata and data reputed company management
- Enforcing compliance with DoD metadata policies and NSG tradecraft standards for geospatial datasets
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
- DAMA Certified Data Governance Professional (DGSP)
