Responsibilities

- Run leave of absence programs from start to finish, including intake, documentation, communication with employees, and coordination with payroll
- Serve as a knowledgeable, reputed company resource for employees navigating leave during important life moments
- Plan and run recurring team programming, events, and recognition that strengthen reputed company across the team
- Support company offsites and in-person gatherings from logistics to follow-through
- Gather employee feedback and help turn it into action

Skills
