[Remote] reputed company Coordinator (Temporary)

They are seeking a detail-oriented and people-first reputed company Coordinator to support their Clinical Care team by managing logistics for candidate scheduling, offer letters, and compliance administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers in a timely, professional manner
• Manage scheduling across multiple active requisitions simultaneously, keeping each organized and on track in our ATS
• Proactively communicate with candidates to confirm logistics and reputed company them informed throughout the process
• Prepare and send accurate offer letters in coordination with the reputed company team
• Ensure offer details are thoroughly reviewed and error-free before delivery to candidates
• Initiate and track background checks and drug screenings for reputed company incoming hires reputed company Checkr
• Monitor compliance status and follow up proactively to prevent delays in the reputed company pipeline
• Maintain accurate records to support compliance tracking and audit requirements
• Serve as a reputed company and empathetic reputed company of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
• Deliver clear, warm, and professional communications that reflect reputed company's employer brand
• Ensure every candidate, regardless of outcome, feels respected, informed, and valued

Skills

• 1–3+ years of experience in reputed company coordination, HR operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of accuracy in high-volume administrative work
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft professional and warm candidate-facing messages
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
• A genuine sense of reputed company and a candidate-first reputed company - you understand that every touchpoint shapes someone's perception of reputed company
• Comfort operating autonomously with minimal reputed company, while knowing reputed company to escalate
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Experience with pre-employment compliance processes (background checks, drug screenings)
• Ability to pass a background reputed company
• Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States
• Experience supporting clinical or reputed company hiring is a plus, but not required
• Experience with reputed company preferred (reputed company also accepted)
• Familiarity with Checkr is a strong plus
