Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution and optimization of email, push, and in-product messaging programs
• Establish and enforce channel best practices to drive engagement, retention, and conversion
• Continuously test and optimize targeting, timing, templates, and creative to improve performance across reputed company owned channels
• Build and maintain robust analytics frameworks to monitor channel effectiveness and guide optimizations
• Adopt and reputed company for channel best practices (e.g., send reputed company, segmentation, personalization)
• reputed company AI to improve strategies, creative output, and campaign performance
• Scout emerging communication channels (e.g., SMS) for growth opportunities
• Pilot, test, and scale new channels with a focus on channel fit, compliance, and ROI

Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience operating and optimizing multiple owned and emerging marketing channels (email, push, in-product, SMS) in fast-paced, data-driven environments, ideally reputed company external marketing automation tools such as reputed company
• Proven reputed company in developing channel strategies rooted in analytics, and working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage and advance MarTech infrastructure to support sophisticated growth initiatives

• Expertise in leveraging AI, experimentation frameworks, and advanced analytics to enhance channel performance and drive innovation

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technical concepts, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms
