[Remote] Sr. Accountant - Intangible Assets reputed company
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an innovative and rapidly growing software technology company seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This role is critical for managing the monthly reputed company process, general ledger, and reputed company for software and intangible assets, while collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate project capitalization.
Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company, tracking, capitalization, and amortization of internally developed software costs in accordance with ASC 350-40
- Partner with engineering, product, and operational teams to ensure accurate project capitalization
- Maintain fixed asset and intangible asset schedules
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company activities
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and prepaids
- Maintain general ledger reputed company and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation
- Manage AP processes reputed company reputed company
- Support billing and intercompany/cross-charge invoicing activities
- Reconcile AP and AR balances
- Support external audits and internal control processes
- Assist with tax-reputed company requests and annual reporting requirements
- Prepare 1099 filings
- Maintain reputed company policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes and controls
- Support the reputed company optimization of reputed company and finance workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance reporting and operational efficiency
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- 6-7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
- 2+ years of experience with ASC 350, ASC 350-40, intangible assets, software capitalization
- Candidates with ASC 805 purchase reputed company and Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) experience are highly encouraged to apply

- Prior AP experience required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
