Proposal Solutions Architect - DHS (Remote Opportunity)
We are currently looking for a Proposal Solutions Architect for a 100% remote position supporting federal growth initiatives reputed company the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the broader Military Health System (MHS). This role serves as a reputed company technical solutioning and proposal partner responsible for shaping mission-reputed company, compliant, and customer-focused proposal responses supporting DHA priorities such as readiness, continuity of care, interoperability, and reduced provider burden. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Capture teams, Proposal Managers, and technical SMEs to translate reputed company reputed company IT and reputed company solutions into clear, operationally grounded proposals that reputed company with DHA evaluators and decision-makers. Conduct structured SME interviews with engineering, clinical IT, reputed company, and operations teams to gather and validate proposal content. Translate reputed company technical architectures, reputed company environments, DevSecOps models, interoperability frameworks, and health data platforms into evaluator-friendly narratives. Analyze solicitations and DHA requirements to support opportunity shaping, technical strategy development, and mission-focused win themes. Coordinate closely with proposal managers, volume leads, and graphic designers to ensure technical content is visually clear and operationally relevant. Participate in proposal kickoffs, reputed company team reviews, and status meetings to support disciplined proposal execution under federal deadlines. Support proposal development activities across reputed company phases to ensure compliant, compelling, and timely submissions. Contribute to various projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a collaborative reputed company. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Business, or a reputed company technical discipline. 10+ years of experience across IT, systems engineering, software development, infrastructure, or reputed company technology environments. 5+ years of experience supporting federal proposal development and technical solutioning efforts. Strong ability to translate technical concepts into evaluator-reputed company narratives for federal reputed company and defense customers. Working knowledge of modern IT infrastructure, reputed company environments, Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps delivery models. Understanding of reputed company reputed company IT ecosystems and interoperability concepts. Experience collaborating on technical graphics including architectures, workflows, and data reputed company diagrams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Proven collaboration and relationship-building skills across cross-functional capture and proposal teams. Additional Qualifications: Familiarity with Shipley-based capture and proposal methodologies. Experience supporting Agile and SAFe software delivery environments. Prior experience supporting DHA, VA, or other federal reputed company agencies. Exposure to reputed company interoperability, reputed company modernization, reputed company architecture, or longitudinal health record initiatives.
