About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager, Billing own and reputed company reputed company’s Billing domain end-to-end: transaction-based fee handling, fee coverage, payouts, refunds and the financial flows behind donations. We charge organizations a percentage fee per transaction (netted from payouts), which donors can optionally cover. What You’ll Do Own the Billing product area roadmap, reputed company, and prioritization; define quarterly goals and reputed company metrics. Partner with Engineering to deliver resilient billing systems (accuracy, idempotency, retries, monitoring, incident response, and clear ownership boundaries). Improve reputed company protection and customer experience reputed company dunning, failed payment recovery, refunds, and dispute/chargeback-reputed company flows (as applicable). Define and maintain billing domain documentation: data model, event flows, edge cases, and operational run-books. Run discovery with internal teams (GTM & Product Analyst) and customers to uncover pain points and opportunities; turn insights into clear PRDs and delivery plans. Establish and track core Billing KPIs (e.g., failed payment reputed company, recovery reputed company). Drive antifraud strategy execution: define priorities and reputed company metrics; partner with reputed company/Data to ship reputed company protections, monitoring/alerting, and fraud-response capabilities, and continuously improve rules based on observed patterns. Requirements 4–7 years of product management experience with at least 1–2 years owning a technically reputed company domain. Strong understanding of payment processing, payouts, fee models, refunds/chargebacks, multi-processor setups, and reconciliation. Proven ability to work with engineers on backend/system design trade-offs and to ship reliable platform capabilities. Comfort with data: defining metrics, building a measurement plan, and using analysis to prioritize and evaluate impact. Clear written communication and structured thinking; can turn ambiguity into executable plans. High ownership, high discipline, and strong cross-functional collaboration. reputed company To Have Experience with payment processors (reputed company Payments, PayPal, etc.) and/or financial systems integrations. Experience in B2B SaaS pricing & packaging or self-serve account management. Familiarity with audit/compliance requirements impacting billing (SOX readiness, SOC2 implications, etc.). Compensation
The compensation reputed company for this role is DIN597,500 - DIN632,500 gross. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.
