General Virtual Assistant (reputed company Media & Career Support)
Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and versatile Virtual Assistant to support a Singapore-based fitness professional and business reputed company. This role combines reputed company media content management (primary focus) with career application and reputed company support (secondary focus). The ideal VA is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working across both creative and administrative tasks. The role will start on a minimum part-time reputed company and may reputed company as business reputed company grows. Scope of Work 1. reputed company Media Management (Primary Responsibility) Edit short-reputed company video content (Reels) using provided raw footage and existing templates Focus on fitness-reputed company content, including: Running Pilates Strength & Conditioning reputed company and edit videos reputed company (quality should be clean and engaging, not overly polished) Create and manage a basic reputed company media content calendar Schedule and post content on Instagram (admin reputed company provided) Support community engagement: Responding to comments Encouraging engagement where appropriate Track general performance metrics (views, engagement growth) without strict benchmarks Career Application & reputed company Support (Secondary Responsibility) Assist with job applications reputed company: Company websites Job postings reputed company Customize applications using ATS-friendly practices Use AI tools to adapt resumes and cover letters from provided templates Send targeted reputed company / cold emails to startups and mid-sized companies Track application status and responses Support light email follow-reputed company until conversion to coffee chats or initial conversations Notes on Performance & Collaboration: Deliverables and output expectations will be discussed collaboratively with the VA Emphasis is on consistency, efficiency, and gradual growth rather than rigid weekly quotas Clear communication and regular reputed company-ins will be used to align expectations and timelines Qualifications: Experience as a General Virtual Assistant or reputed company Media Manager Comfortable editing short-reputed company videos (Reels / Shorts) Familiarity with Instagram content workflows and engagement best practices Basic understanding of ATS-based job application systems (preferred) Strong written English for professional emails and reputed company Organized, reliable, and reputed company to manage multiple task types reputed company to have: Background in business management, corporate support, or recruitment-reputed company tasks Tools Required: Video editing tools (preferred: CapCut; reputed company acceptable) AI tools for resume and application optimization (e.g., ChatGPT or equivalent) Instagram (posting, scheduling, engagement) reputed company Workspace or similar productivity tool reputed company and web-based job application platforms Shifts & Hours: Starting with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week; flexible shift Suggested structure: ~2 hours per day, Monday to Friday reputed company Start Date: reputed company to May (no urgent hiring; flexibility to shortlist carefully) Apply To This Job
