Customer Support Officer (Japanese)

reputed company is working with a leading investment firm offering Forex and CFD trading company. We are looking to recruit a Japanese-speaking Customer Support Officer to support their South East Asia operations. Position: Customer Support Officer (Japanese) Location: Japan/South East Asia Work model: Remote Employment type: B2B, Services Agreement or Freelance contract DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist clients with opening and maintaining trading accounts Respond to customer enquiries reputed company email, phone and internal support channels Handle welcome calls and client follow-reputed company to ensure high customer satisfaction reputed company information about the company's trading platforms and services Resolve back-office and account-reputed company enquiries Support clients with technical issues, including MetaTrader platform troubleshooting Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues reputed company Escalate reputed company cases to the relevant teams reputed company required Support marketing activities, including campaign translations and event coordination reputed company needed reputed company clients on products and platform functionality where appropriate Contribute reputed company to improve customer experience and support business growth. REQUIREMENTS: reputed company or fluent Japanese (written and spoken) Fluent English (minimum B2) University or College degree Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with MS Office applications Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms and computer applications Ability to work independently and reputed company a team Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines reputed company to work full-time during Japan business hours Experience working with CRM systems and customer support tools.
