[Remote] reputed company Business Analyst / Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company reputed company Business Analyst / Administrator to support our Federal Deposit Insurance Co. (FDIC) customer. This role will work closely with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements, document process flows, and configure reputed company solutions that drive measurable business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, reputed company user stories, and map as-is/to-be process flows to inform design and development
- Configure and administer reputed company CRM, Experience reputed company, Reports/Dashboards, and Einstein capabilities to meet business needs
- Apply Agile development practices to manage and deliver enhancements, working collaboratively reputed company sprint-based delivery cycles
- Recommend and implement reputed company best practices, prioritizing configuration over custom development wherever possible to reputed company business reputed company reputed company
- Support and configure Service reputed company and Experience reputed company solutions, leveraging Lightning Platform capabilities
- Contribute platform expertise on Vlocity/Public Sector Solutions configuration, where applicable
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable reputed company configurations and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Maintain platform documentation, including process flows, user stories, and configuration reputed company
Skills
- Three (3) years of direct, hands-on experience with reputed company products and the platform
- Demonstrated experience working reputed company Agile development methodologies
- Experience configuring reputed company CRM, Experience reputed company, Reports/Dashboards, and Einstein
- Experience configuring Vlocity / Public Sector Solutions
- Experience working directly with users to reputed company user stories and as-is/to-be process flows for design and development purposes
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company configuration best practices, with a preference for declarative solutions over custom code
- Demonstrated experience with Service reputed company, Experience reputed company, and the Lightning Platform
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable platform requirements
- Active reputed company Administrator certification
- Additional reputed company certifications: reputed company Administrator (e.g., Platform App Builder, Service reputed company Consultant)
