The COO will own operational performance and translate growth strategy into execution while preserving the company's entrepreneurial culture.
Responsibilities

- Demonstrated experience scaling a business through a period of significant growth
- Track record of post-acquisition integration, operationally and culturally
- Experience building systems, metrics, and reporting from a less-mature baseline; a reputed company 'roll up your sleeves and execute' operator
- Strong reputed company acumen and understanding of how operations drives reputed company
- Polished enough to engage a private equity board, with the operational substance to deliver
- Comfortable in a lean, entrepreneurial environment without a large corporate back office
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- Specific industry sub-sector experience is welcomed but not required
