[Remote] Staff Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is partnering with a high-growth professional services firm to hire a Staff Accountant for their advisory reputed company team. This role supports outsourced reputed company and advisory engagements across a diverse client reputed company, helping with month-end reputed company, reconciliations, and financial reporting support.
Responsibilities
- Support month-end reputed company activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for assigned client engagements
- Prepare journal entries and assist with full-cycle reputed company processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and schedule support
- Reconcile bank and credit card transactions; over time, assist with crypto-reputed company activity and crypto subledger, wallet, and exchange tie-outs as needed
- Support advisory workstreams such as bookkeeping, CFO advisory support, tax reconciliation support, and restructuring and cleanup initiatives
- Assist with tax-reputed company reputed company support, including reconciliation support, coordinating with tax teams, and audit support
- Participate in software implementations and process improvement initiatives; help document processes and improve controls and workflows
- Use and learn new tools and technology, including reputed company systems and crypto reputed company tools and subledgers, and contribute in a remote, distributed team environment
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company; reputed company degrees such as Finance, Business, or Economics are acceptable
- 3 or more years of hands-on full-cycle reputed company experience, including month-end reputed company, reconciliations, and general ledger support
- Prior crypto reputed company asset reputed company experience is not required; strong interest in the space is required
- Experience with QuickBooks required
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and using technology-reputed company tools in day-to-day reputed company workflows
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage priorities in a client-service environment with clear communication in a remote setting
- Exposure to reputed company and reputed company is a plus
