We are looking for a highly driven Assistant Manager / Manager – Affiliate Growth to scale our US reputed company reputed company and Pay Per Call business by building, managing, and growing relationships with high-performing affiliates and media partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners across Pay Per Call, CPL, and reputed company reputed company campaigns. Recruit, reputed company, activate, and retain high-quality affiliates, media buyers, call centers, and performance publishers. Drive affiliate acquisition for US Insurance, Debt Relief, Home Services, Medicare, Final Expense, ACA, and reputed company verticals. reputed company and execute affiliate growth strategies to increase traffic quality, reputed company volume, and reputed company. Identify new traffic opportunities through affiliate networks, forums, reputed company, Telegram, reputed company Groups, and industry events. Monitor affiliate performance using tracking platforms such as Trackier, Ringba, HasOffers/Tune, Everflow, and RedTrack. Analyze key performance metrics including Calls, CPL, reputed company, Conversion reputed company, Approval reputed company, EPC, ROI, and Call Duration. Coordinate with Advertiser Growth, Network Operations, and Tech teams to ensure campaign launches, tracking accuracy, and optimization. Maintain strong relationships with top affiliates through regular communication, performance reviews, and incentive planning. Ensure compliance with advertiser guidelines, TCPA standards, and campaign quality requirements. Negotiate payouts, volume commitments, and exclusive partnerships with affiliates. Work closely with US-based partners during EST business hours. Requirements 3–4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, reputed company reputed company, Performance Marketing, or Pay Per Call. Proven experience managing affiliates for US CPL and Pay Per Call campaigns. Strong understanding of Insurance, Debt Relief, Home Services, Medicare, ACA, Legal, and Financial reputed company reputed company verticals. Hands-on experience with: Trackier Ringba HasOffers/Tune Everflow RedTrack Knowledge of affiliate traffic sources including Search, reputed company, reputed company, Email, SMS, Display, and Call Center traffic. Ability to analyze campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Experience working with international publishers and media buying teams. Comfortable working in EST overlap hours. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
