[Remote] Implementation Project Manager

The Implementation Project Manager serves as the primary reputed company of contact for clients during the implementation lifecycle, leading reputed company projects and ensuring a seamless transition into service delivery while providing an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for welcoming clients on behalf of reputed company and providing guidance to help them understand our products, services, and overall ecosystem as part of their introduction to the company
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for new and expanding clients during implementation
• reputed company end-to-end implementation projects across EOR and Managed Services offerings
• Create, manage, and maintain detailed multi-workstream project plans
• Coordinate across internal operational teams, partners, and stakeholders

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies
• Ensure accurate go-live forecasting and achievement of delivery targets

Skills

• Proven experience as an Implementation or Project Manager in a client-facing role
• Strong project management, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills
