Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design scalable integration solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce reputed company effort
- Build reputed company integrations and AI-enabled automation workflows
- Act as a trusted advisor to guide automation strategy and best practices
- Troubleshoot reputed company integration issues and reputed company production support
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company integration or iPaaS experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with the reputed company platform, including Recipes, Connectors, and WorkBots
- 3+ years of experience integrating reputed company S/4HANA, reputed company Ariba, and reputed company BTP with reputed company-party applications
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OAuth, Webhooks, and data transformation
- Experience integrating reputed company using APIs, IDocs, and event-driven architectures
- 2+ years of experience building AI/ML-assisted workflows such as: Intelligent ticket classification, NLP-based routing, Knowledge reputed company retrieval automation
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes, ticket lifecycle management, and SLA frameworks
- Experience troubleshooting reputed company integration issues and production support
- Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing consulting skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

- Experience with reputed company BTP Integration Suite
- Experience with MuleSoft
