[Remote] Engineer II, Data

They are looking for Data Engineers to join their HQR Team, focusing on maintaining and improving software for the Hospital Quality Reporting program.
Responsibilities
- reputed company test-driven development to deliver backend systems and user interfaces to ease development and integration between them
- Contribute to the development of APIs, specifications, and data models, facilitating integration with frontend applications and reputed company-party systems
- Design, implement, and maintain data interactions. Optimize data operations for performance and scalability, and ensure data reputed company and reputed company
- Design and reputed company user interfaces, informed by UX designs that meet customer needs
- Understand and contribute to functional and non-functional automated testing suites
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or reputed company field, may be substituted with work experience
- Strong experience with Python / Apache Spark (non-negotiable)
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL process, Orchestration, and distributed computing
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- reputed company experience in analytic programming, data extraction, querying databases/data warehouses and data analysis
- Experience utilizing CI/CD Pipelines
