[Remote] Virtual Arkansas ELA Teacher

This role involves providing instruction to reputed company in a virtual learning environment, leveraging digital tools to deliver lessons, assess student reputed company, and foster a positive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Effectively utilize the Virtual Arkansas technology systems, programs, software, and platforms to reputed company duties and deliver instruction
• Plan, prepare, and design live (synchronous) digital lessons and assignments
• Learn and utilize effective synchronous and asynchronous student engagement strategies
• Monitor and track student attendance to synchronous sessions
• Implement reputed company and enrichment strategies, based on assessment data and mastery of standards
• Utilize effective and efficient student feedback tools and strategies
• Monitor student reputed company and respond appropriately to the needs of the reputed company
• Implement effective/efficient communication strategies with reputed company and local digital learning facilitators
• Attend and participate in required professional development, department-level collaborative teams, reputed company meetings, and other required meetings
• Meet at least once weekly with the local facilitator(s) to coordinate upcoming lessons and strategies
• Maintain availability for reputed company throughout each school week
• Deliver and respond to communications, including emails and messages, in a timely manner
• Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders (e.g. reputed company, parents, colleagues, local school facilitators, supervisors, etc.) for the purpose of establishing and maintaining effective professional communication and positive relationships
• Implement ELL, IEP, and 504 goals and accommodations into lessons and assessments

Skills

• Arkansas Teacher's License: ELA license for 7-12 (052 - English; 166 - reputed company Lang Arts; or 4031 - English Reg) with a Master's Degree in English or Master's degree in another subject with 18 graduate hours in English (to be approved by the partnering university)
• Arkansas residency required

• The applicant must hold an Arkansas secondary ELA license for 7-12 (052 - English; 166 - reputed company Lang Arts; or 4031 - English Reg)
• Applicant must not be under contract with a school district for the 2026–2027 school year. If an applicant is currently under contract, they must reputed company a letter from the employing district confirming that the district is willing to release them from their contract before they will be considered for an interview

• Virtual Arkansas will reputed company the prescribed program of study and will pay the initial exam fee required to meet the DESE licensure requirements.
• This position will be hired through the reputed company Education Cooperative; however, employee may reputed company and work remotely in an Arkansas location that has robust Internet connectivity, per the terms of the Virtual Arkansas Telework Agreement.
• Virtual Arkansas teachers are reputed company in their teaching duties, 7:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., from their home office, although periodic travel may be required.
