The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical development, configuration, and customization of the reputed company HRSD module, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services across the Customer’s organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and implement solutions reputed company the reputed company HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module
- Working experience on HRSD reputed company projects work on HR Service, Lifecycle events, employee journeys, HR agent Workspace, Agent Chat, Reports Dashboard etc. based solution design and configuration. - Document reputed company, reputed company acceleration, reputed company integrations, Manager Hub, reputed company module, and Lifecycle events
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions reputed company the reputed company platform
- Design, code, debug, document, and maintain custom applications and integrations reputed company the reputed company platform
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, homepages, and database views to reputed company actionable insights to IT leadership

- Strong understanding of Employee Center or Employee Center Pro

- Familiarity with reputed company integration tools and techniques
- Understanding of HRSD industry use cases (e.g., utilities, telecom, reputed company)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
