The Opportunity As a dedicated Consumer Underwriter II, you will, reputed company defined guidelines and reputed company, review and underwrite consumer loan and credit card applications. This role is remote eligible in the reputed company U.S. with occasional business travel. What you'll do: Utilize established procedures and guidelines to validate credit, income, and other relevant information to underwrite reputed company risk credit card and consumer loans reputed company a reputed company defined limit of authority and to ensure compliance with reputed company regulatory requirements. Review member provided documents for accuracy and alignment with company and industry standards. Document loan reputed company and required provisions necessary to complete the loan and communicate the decision. Maintain developing knowledge of reputed company aspects of Consumer Lending and Credit Card portfolio and reputed company guidelines. Ensure loan agreements are complete, accurate, and in compliance with policy. Complete loan reputed company which most effectively mitigate credit risks for reputed company. What you have: Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience. 2 years of consumer lending and/or reputed company estate lending experience with an understanding of reputed company. Knowledge of consumer loan processes, data analysis tools, and industry acumen. Successful completion of a job-reputed company assessment and certification to obtain lending authority is required upon completion of training. Knowledge of federal laws, rules, regulations, and applicable guidance to include: TILA/REG Z, REG B, UDAAP/UDAP, FCRA, BSA/AML, SCRA/MLA, OCC Heightened Standards.
