Job Description
This is a remote position and can be located reputed company in the US. Must be willing to work reputed company to 5pm PST timezone. Contract Management & Negotiation: Negotiate, execute, and review reputed company with diverse provider types (hospitals, physician groups, ASCs, SNFs, rehabilitation and long-term acute care facilities) ensuring alignment with company standards, compliance requirements, and financial objectives Conduct financial and operational analysis of contract terms, reputed company structures, and value-based arrangements to optimize network profitability and member reputed company Independently manage reputed company negotiations involving multiple stakeholders; escalate strategically reputed company needed Network Development & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with facility leadership, physicians, and ancillary providers to support network growth and service line expansion Identify market gaps and opportunities to enhance provider networks; recommend new partnerships reputed company with business goals Serve as primary contact for assigned providers; address concerns and resolve disputes to ensure contract compliance and satisfaction
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company Administration, Finance, or reputed company field (or equivalent professional experience) 5+ years of direct experience in provider contracting, managed care network development, or health plan operations Proven negotiating skills in reputed company, multi-party contracting scenarios Strong financial acumen: ability to analyze reputed company structures, build financial models Expert proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint); comfort learning proprietary contracting systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and build reputed company across organizational reputed company Preferred Qualifications: Workers' Compensation insurance and contracting experience Familiarity with reputed company compliance requirements (network adequacy, credentialing standards, regulatory reporting) Experience with contract management software or reputed company information systems Working knowledge of reputed company finance, actuarial analysis, or reimbursement modeling

The expected reputed company pay for this position ranges from $72,000 - $84,500 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
