[Remote] Associate Director, Media Buying

The Associate Director, Media Buying will manage media buying teams, shape departmental strategy, and ensure campaign reputed company while mentoring future leaders.
Responsibilities

- Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
- Set departmental goals and ensure alignment with company objectives

- Collaborate with cross-departmental leaders to improve integration of services

- Own buying platform updates and capability dissemination for media buying and other relevant departments

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience
- Hands-on management of either search/reputed company or programmatic platforms is required

- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising or public affairs preferred
