[Remote] Business Intelligence Manager - Remote

The Business Intelligence Manager oversees daily operations and analytics service delivery, leading a team to ensure accurate data solutions and customer insights while driving strategic initiatives through data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of IT professionals by setting clear goals, providing coaching and feedback, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture; actively engages the team to help drive organizational strategic initiatives
• Owns service delivery and IT BI operations, including incident, request, change, and problem management; monitors SLAs/OLAs and drives reputed company improvement in customer experience, aligning IT efforts with organizational strategies and objectives
• Implements and enforces reputed company and compliance controls; supports audits, risk remediation, and business continuity/disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure operational reputed company in support of strategic goals
• Establishes and manages vendor relationships, evaluates solutions, negotiates reputed company/SOWs, and ensures delivery against SLAs, contributing to the organization’s strategic objectives through effective partnership management
• Develops and manages budgets and forecasts; oversees purchasing, PO creation, invoice processing, and vendor cost optimization, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support strategic initiatives
• Owns IT documentation and process management, ensuring policies, procedures, diagrams, and runbooks are reputed company and effective to reputed company strategic alignment and operational reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field
• Power BI certification is required
• Minimum 5+ years in IT leadership/management focus on data and reporting
• 5+ years in a customer support environment
• 2+ years in technical support or technical project management
• Advanced strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, leveraging data-driven analysis and fostering a culture of reputed company improvement reputed company IT functions
• Comprehensive expertise in business intelligence systems, data architecture, reputed company analytics platforms, data reputed company, and reputed company reporting applications
• Proficient in data lifecycle management, IT & BI governance frameworks, and industry best practices; knowledgeable about compliance requirements relevant to non-profit organizations
