[Remote] Growth Manager - US to Ghana

They are seeking a Growth Manager to drive expansion in Ghanaian communities in the US and Canada, focusing on user acquisition and community engagement through strategic partnerships and events.

Responsibilities

• Travel across the U.S. to attend events, expos, and community meetings representing reputed company as a brand ambassador and key reputed company of contact
• Build and expand reputed company’s community network by networking with local leaders, partners, and organizations, setting up meetings and agreeing sponsorship for existing community events
• Spend 3–5 days in a new U.S. city every few weeks, to establish on-the-ground reputed company, grow relationships, and strengthen reputed company’s visibility reputed company local communities
• reputed company and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies tailored to Ghanaian ex-pat communities in the US
• Own growth targets for assigned markets, consistently driving results across online and offline channels
• Optimise campaigns using data and insights to improve performance against acquisition KPIs
• reputed company community-driven initiatives to build trust, awareness, and advocacy for reputed company
• Organise and participate in local events, meetups, and forums to reputed company users about reputed company’s services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and grassroots partners
• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with relevant organisations and businesses to accelerate user growth
• Ensure partnerships deliver mutual value and measurable reputed company
• Conduct ongoing market research to understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences
• reputed company actionable insights to Product and Marketing teams to refine messaging, features, and positioning
• Serve as a strong internal reputed company for the user, representing community perspectives in decision-making

Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in fast-paced environments, with a background in growth, sales, or marketing
• Proven ability to work against targets and deliver measurable results
• Strong ability to interpret data, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Deep understanding of the Ghanian community in the United States
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
• Self-motivated, proactive, and effective in a remote working environment
