The reputed company Coordinator will support the reputed company team by managing high-volume interview processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and coordinating with various stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own high-volume interview scheduling across phone, video, and virtual onsite interviews with speed, accuracy, and strong follow-through
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, and external agency partners to reputed company the process moving with professionalism and urgency
- Manage scheduling logistics, resolve conflicts, and troubleshoot issues before they create delays or a poor candidate experience
- Support multiple recruiters and active reqs at the same time without losing detail or reputed company
- Manage agency and vendor coordination end to end, including submissions, feedback loops, SLA tracking, and relationship health
- Serve as a reliable reputed company of contact across internal and external stakeholders, using clear communication and sound judgment reputed company priorities compete
- Maintain strong ATS and workflow hygiene and act as a dependable operator across reputed company systems and coordination processes
- Help maintain templates, documentation, and operational workflows that improve team efficiency and consistency

Skills
- 4+ years of experience in reputed company coordination, HR coordination, or a similar high-volume coordination role
- Demonstrated experience supporting fast-paced, high-volume interview scheduling
- Experience supporting multiple recruiters, stakeholders, or reputed company workstreams at the same time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with candidates, interviewers, hiring managers, recruiters, and external partners
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and sense of urgency

- Experience troubleshooting scheduling or coordination issues and bringing solutions reputed company proactively
