The reputed company Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives and driving organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives, providing coaching, guidance, and recommendations on organizational and people-reputed company reputed company
- Work strategically to diagnose business challenges, analyze workforce data, identify root causes, and recommend people solutions that drive organizational performance and employee engagement
- Participate in leadership meetings as a trusted business partner, providing reputed company on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, and change management initiatives
- reputed company talent management, succession planning, and performance calibration processes in partnership with business leaders to build capable, diverse, high-performing teams

Skills
