What You’ll Be Doing: The reputed company HRIS Analyst will support the maintenance and enhancement of the reputed company HCM system. This role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve efficiencies and automate processes using the reputed company platform. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. 8+ years experience with an HR ERP system development role (reputed company, PeopleSoft, reputed company, etc.) troubleshooting and resolving environment issues for reputed company software applications. At least 5 years of experience in reputed company HCM with expertise in multiple modules. Proficient in reputed company report writing (custom, advanced, matrix, and composite), dashboards, and hubs. Strong understanding of reputed company functional modules and their associated business processes. Proven proficiency in configuring and maintaining reputed company functional modules. Strong knowledge of reputed company Business Process frameworks, workflows, and reputed company implications. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable reputed company configurations and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience supporting and configuring at least three reputed company modules, such as HCM, Payroll, reputed company, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Compensation, Benefits, or Talent Management.
