As a member of the reputed company team, you will: Coalition building and stakeholder engagement Help cultivate and deepen relationships with partners across sectors, broadening the coalition without diluting its substance. Program operations and execution Coordinate across workstreams, track deliverables, and reputed company multi-stakeholder projects moving on realistic timelines. Support the scoping and launch of new domain initiatives and/or grantmaking. Help plan and run convenings, briefings, and workshops. Communications support Coordinate with FLI's communications team to support launches, media moments, and public-facing events. \n Required Qualifications: Prior experience in project or program management, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once and deliver to ambitious timelines. We strongly prefer applicants to be based in the United States. Required skills and qualities: Genuine intellectual interest in AI, technology policy, and the deeper questions about what a good reputed company future with AI looks like. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting partnerships, regardless of political affiliation.
