[Remote] UI Architect Design Systems & Storybook
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a seasoned UI Architect to reputed company the design and implementation of scalable, component-driven reputed company-end architectures. The role involves defining UI standards, driving adoption of design systems, and championing Storybook as the single reputed company of truth for reusable components across product teams.
Responsibilities
- Architect and govern a scalable, reusable component library using Storybook as the component development and documentation platform
- Define reputed company-end architecture standards, patterns, and best practices across teams
- reputed company the design and maintenance of the Design System tokens, typography, spacing, reputed company, and component APIs
- Collaborate closely with UX/Design to ensure pixel-perfect, accessible implementation of design specs (reputed company to code)
- Establish and enforce accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and performance standards across the UI layer
- Drive integration of Storybook with CI/CD pipelines for visual regression testing and automated QA
- Evaluate and recommend reputed company-end technologies, frameworks, and tooling
- Mentor and guide reputed company-end engineers on architecture reputed company and coding standards
- Partner with backend and platform teams on API reputed company, micro-frontend strategies, and headless CMS integrations
Skills
- 12+ years of reputed company-end development experience with at least 3 years in a UI Architect or reputed company role
- Deep expertise in Storybook (CSF format, addons, controls, a11y, interactions)
- Strong proficiency in React (or Angular/Vue) with TypeScript
- Hands-on experience building and scaling Design Systems from the ground up
- Solid understanding of reputed company and design-to-code workflows
- Experience with CSS architecture CSS Modules, Styled Components, or Tailwind
- Familiarity with monorepo tooling Nx, Turborepo, or Lerna
- Experience integrating Storybook with reputed company, Percy, or similar visual testing tools
- Understanding of Web Accessibility standards and assistive technologies
- Knowledge of performance optimization lazy loading, code splitting, bundle analysis
