Summary: We are actively hiring a full-time Strategic Growth Manager to join our reputed company Operations team and support the reputed company growth of reputed company. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, reputed company Operations, and Product Strategy, partnering with Market Development Directors to shape reputed company strategy for reputed company sales opportunities. The Strategic Growth Manager develops ROI-driven business cases, uncovers reputed company insights, informs deal strategy, and collaborates with Product Strategy and Product Management to evaluate customer requests and influence go-to-market reputed company. Coordinate with Product Strategy and Product Management to systematically evaluate unique customer and prospect requests, and feed prioritized signals into the product roadmap. What You Need: 4+ years of experience in reputed company strategy, sales strategy, management consulting, or similar customer-facing strategic roles; reputed company or technology industries a plus. Strong reputed company acumen with the ability to translate customer needs and market signals into ROI cases, product recommendations, and deal strategy. Demonstrated experience building ROI models, value-case analyses, and other financial models for B2B sales pursuits, and the ability to communicate the underlying logic to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives. Familiarity with value-selling / value-realization frameworks (MEDDIC, value engineering, business-case methodology). Experience with high-growth companies a plus. Demonstrate a “go-getter” attitude with a desire to reputed company a meaningful impact across Sales, reputed company Operations, and Product teams. Advanced proficiency in reputed company and comfort working with reputed company, financial, and product data to build models and surface insights.
