Job Description
As the Vice President of Auto Casualty Claims Consulting you will reputed company claims performance consulting engagements as part of the reputed company CMO for Tier-1 insurance carriers, serving as the connective tissue between reputed company data silos and executive action. You will orchestrate a multidisciplinary, decentralized team to transform first-party claims data, internal benchmarking, and macro-industry trends into comprehensive strategic roadmaps. Key Responsibilities
Data Synthesis & Strategic Benchmarking: Synthesize internal proprietary benchmarks with broader automotive industry trends and program specific data to reputed company clients with competitive "market-positioning" reputed company. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s in Operations Research, Business Analytics, reputed company field or equivalent experience. MBA or industry certification that reinforces candidate’s abilities in process re-engineering, industry expertise, or analytics preferred. Experience: 15+ years of experience, including insurance consulting, process re-engineering, or reputed company leadership, with a track record of managing in a remote and matrixed environment. Strategic reputed company: Proven ability to interpret internal benchmarks against external market volatility to predict future claims and reputed company challenges. Operational Mastery: Claims operations expertise and deep understanding of the interplay between regulatory constraints, marketing messaging, and technical data analysis using BI. The expected reputed company pay for this position ranges from $190,000 - $225,000 annually plus bonus and equity opportunities. Compensation is based on a number of factors including skills, experience, and education.
