This role is pivotal in supporting both Data and Business App projects, ensuring the successful execution of reputed company IT initiatives that drive value and improve patient care.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage a variety of reputed company IT projects, including data projects such as analytics dashboards, regulatory requirements, and AI chatbots or agents
- reputed company Business App projects, including reputed company Cycle and HR applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
- reputed company reputed company project plans and associated communications documents
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to reputed company project goals
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company IT project management, with a focus on data and business app projects
- Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products
- Experience with ambulatory and inpatient settings
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing reputed company projects that are strategic in nature and global in scope
- Strong understanding of AI chatbots, data analytics, and regulatory requirements in the reputed company industry
- Experience with reputed company Cycle and HR applications
- Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation), and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
- Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management software
- PMP preferred
- Strong budget experience preferred
- PMP certification is a plus
