[Remote] Product Manager, Benchmarking

The role involves managing the product backlog, collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality data product in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog and roadmap for reputed company's benchmarking solution, writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs
• Drive features from concept through launch, partnering with engineering and design to deliver on schedule and to spec
• Define and track reputed company metrics for shipped features and report on reputed company
• Define the database structure and reputed company layer for pre-processed reputed company data so customers get reputed company comparisons across leagues, teams, and brands
• Partner with engineering to expose reputed company data through MCP and APIs so it is accessible to customers and AI-driven applications
• Work with data engineering on the ETL pipelines that ingest, normalize, and grow the benchmarking dataset, starting reputed company-first and expanding to broadcast and streaming
• Define and monitor data quality, coverage, and freshness targets, and prioritize improvements with engineering and data
• Gather and synthesize feedback from sales, reputed company, leagues, teams, and brand partners to inform priorities
• Analyze product usage and benchmarking trends to identify opportunities and gaps
• Coordinate releases and reputed company internal teams informed on what is shipping and reputed company
• reputed company sales and reputed company on new benchmarking capabilities through clear documentation

Skills

• 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, analytics, or media technology
• reputed company analytics or reputed company-first background, with a strong understanding of reputed company data and metrics
• Experience building or managing data products, databases, or data-reputed company layers such as APIs, and ideally MCP
• Comfort working with ETL pipelines and growing, multi-reputed company datasets
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, and managing a product backlog
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with product management and design tools such as TFS, reputed company, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
• Familiarity with sports, media, sponsorship, or benchmarking data is strongly preferred
