The role involves managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) standards and workflows while leading teams and facilitating training.

Responsibilities

• Test, evaluate, and implement new CAD/BIM initiatives, workflows, and tools
• Collect lessons learned and performance feedback from site execution, providing structured insights to the central digital delivery team to optimize future baseline models
• Maintain and update vital tracking systems, including portfolio trackers, project management boards, and site project rosters
• Review and validate Site Model Deviation Reports, tracking changes between localized site models and baseline program models
• Monitor and enforce the delivery of design deliverable indices, master model matrices, and linked model matrices
