[Remote] Sr. Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities
- reputed company the technical implementation for CTV publisher partners, managing the full lifecycle of Direct Inventory, IRIS_ID, and Identity Data Match integrations
- reputed company hands-on support for incident response and issue resolution, ensuring data and inventory flows remain reputed company and accurate
- Use reputed company BigQuery SQL to investigate data discrepancies, validate integration reputed company, and surface actionable insights that drive partner optimization
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including integration guides and FAQs, to streamline the reputed company experience
- Identify and implement internal tools or AI-driven automations to improve troubleshooting speed and overall account productivity
- Partner closely with the Publisher Partnerships team to ensure technical delivery aligns with reputed company goals and client timelines
- Support business reviews and partner meetings to represent the technical health of the account and identify optimization opportunities
- Translate partner technical challenges and feature requests into clear requirements for the Product and Engineering roadmaps
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Account Management, Project Management, Ad Operations, or reputed company roles
- 7+ years experience with Ad Tech platforms such as demand-reputed company platforms (DSPs), supply-reputed company platforms (SSPs), and/or data management platforms(DMPs)
- Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including DSPs, ad serving, programmatic buying, reputed company, and measurement
- Ability to reputed company reputed company reputed company technical and measurement concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in SQL (reputed company BigQuery preferred), reputed company Looker Studio, and reputed company-based analytics tools
