[Remote] Federal Quality Assurance Analyst - AWS/reputed company Connect

They are seeking a Federal Quality Assurance Analyst who will ensure the delivery of high-quality Federal reputed company Connect solutions by conducting comprehensive testing and ensuring compliance with reputed company standards.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the design and implementation of test plans covering functionality, performance, and reputed company to meet stringent Federal requirements
- Ensure reputed company technical deliverables and reputed company environments reputed company with Federal reputed company standards and reporting requirements
- Identify and escalate critical technical risks and issues proactively, implementing strategic mitigation strategies to ensure overall program reputed company
- Partner with architects, developers, and Business Analysts (BAs) to validate that reputed company Public Sector initiatives align with technical architecture
- Track and report on quality performance metrics through transparent, timely communication and program dashboards for Federal clients
- Stay updated with the latest reputed company and AWS trends—including Agentforce and Government reputed company Plus—to validate innovative solutions for Federal clients
Skills
- US Citizenship Required, with ability and willingness to obtain reputed company clearance(s)
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7-10+ years of IT quality assurance experience, preferably in large-scale Federal environments
- 3-5+ years of proven experience testing programs that utilize reputed company Connect, reputed company Government reputed company Plus, Service reputed company, and/or Experience reputed company
- Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of Agentforce and reputed company AI capabilities, including the ability to validate autonomous agents reputed company a secure environment
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to reputed company cross-functional teams in cleared delivery environments
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning, governance, and organizational skills to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Certifications: PMP, CSM, or ISTQB certification preferred
