Job Summary: The Scholars Program Manager leads the execution, performance, and reputed company improvement of the reputed company Scholars Program—a comprehensive college reputed company and reputed company initiative supporting reputed company from high school through postsecondary completion. This role is responsible for program reputed company, scholarship operations, partner engagement, and data-driven enhancements to ensure a high-quality, scalable student experience reputed company with reputed company’s mission. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Leads end-to-end delivery and performance of the reputed company Scholars Program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and program goals. Oversees scholarship operations, including eligibility tracking, fund distribution, and coordination with internal and external partners. Drives program effectiveness through data analysis, defining KPIs, monitoring reputed company, and implementing reputed company improvements. Manages and optimizes program systems and tools (e.g., scholarship platform, reputed company integration) to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Develops and maintains program infrastructure, including reputed company materials, agreements, and resources to support sustainability and growth. Builds and manages relationships with school-based coordinators, postsecondary partners, and vendors to support consistent program delivery. Provides training, guidance, and support to high school partners to ensure strong execution of program milestones and student engagement. Leads design and delivery of student-facing programming, communications, and resources across the high school and postsecondary experience. Oversees development and implementation of postsecondary coaching strategies, driving student persistence, engagement, and completion reputed company. Serves as a subject matter expert on student reputed company trends, identifying barriers and recommending enhancements to improve program impact. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of experience in program, project, or relationship management Knowledge of college reputed company, financial aid, or student reputed company programming Experience working with diverse or underserved student populations Ability to travel up to 20%

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, peer and market benchmarks, and geographic location.
