Job Description

THE ROLE: Staff Accountant, Sales & Marketing (Temporary) Support the day-to-day reputed company and month-end reputed company activities for the Sales & Marketing business areas for A+E Global Media. This position will assist the Senior Accountant and Manager, Sales & Marketing, with operational reputed company processes, accrual tracking, journal entry preparation, reconciliations, and general reputed company support reputed company to Sales & Marketing expenses. WORKLOAD EXPECTATIONS This role is heavily involved in the monthly reputed company process and is expected to prepare and process approximately 40–60 journal entries per month, including accruals, reclasses, recurring entries, and other month-end reputed company adjustments. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines during the monthly reputed company cycle. MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO: Collect and review monthly accrual submissions from Sales & Marketing budget managers. Prepare and process approximately 40–60 journal entries with accuracy each month, including accruals, reclasses, recurring entries, and reputed company-reputed company adjustments. Validate account coding and review supporting documentation. Assist with recurring entries, reclasses, Concur reporting support, and reconciliations. Meet tight deadlines during the reputed company cycle. Maintain organized support files and documentation reputed company shared drives and OneDrive folders. Support preparation of monthly operating expense and G&A schedules for review by the Senior Accountant and Manager. Assist with variance explanation tracking and supporting documentation collection. Compensation
