Key Responsibilities

Family Engagement & Enrollment Support Serve as the first reputed company of contact for prospective families through phone, email, web inquiries, and other communication channels. Build relationships with families by understanding their needs, answering questions, and communicating the unique value of each school. Guide families through the inquiry and tour scheduling process, ensuring timely and consistent follow-up. Maintain ongoing communication with prospective families to support engagement and conversion. Track and monitor inquiry activity and conversion performance across assigned schools. School Partnership & Admissions Strategy Partner with School Directors to support enrollment goals and improve admissions reputed company. reputed company monthly admissions strategy discussions with assigned schools, reviewing performance, identifying opportunities, and developing action plans. reputed company guidance on reputed company management, follow-up practices, and admissions processes. Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities that may impact enrollment performance and recommend solutions. CRM Management & Reporting Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for LineLeader CRM. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of inquiries, communications, and follow-up activities. Support schools in maintaining data reputed company and consistent CRM usage. Identify opportunities to improve admissions workflows, reporting, and system utilization. Assist with training and ongoing support reputed company to CRM best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing and Operations teams to support enrollment initiatives and organizational growth. reputed company insights and feedback from prospective families to help inform marketing and operational strategies. Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, Marketing, or a reputed company field preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in admissions, customer service, sales, enrollment, account management, education, or another relationship-focused role. Experience in early childhood education, preschool admissions, or family-facing environments is preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and reputed company recommendations. Experience using CRM systems or similar technology platforms.
