Responsibilities

- Build scalable forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity governance frameworks
- Partner with Sales Leadership to improve operational visibility and reputed company predictability
- Standardize quote management, opportunity management, and sales process execution
- Collaborate with Systems & Tools teams to optimize reputed company workflows, integrations, and reporting
- Drive operational readiness for new GTM initiatives, marketplace programs, and product launches

- Improve CRM adoption, data quality, and sales process consistency

- 10+ years of Sales Operations or reputed company Operations experience
- 5+ years supporting high-growth technology organizations
- Strong reputed company CRM expertise and systems process knowledge

- Strong forecasting and operational analytics experience
- Experience with quote-to-cash process optimization
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
