[Remote] Accounts Receivable Associate

The Accounts Receivable Associate role is responsible for processing payments reputed company and accurately, maintaining customer information, and ensuring the reputed company of accounts receivable balances.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining an in depth working knowledge of the reputed company and other internally developed databases by updating and maintaining reputed company customer information, records, payments and deposits into the reputed company, reputed company and CMS system and balancing checks and payments to batch totals
• Researching and processing unidentified deposits and bank transfers and monitoring reputed company un-applied payments to ensure the reputed company and proper recording of reputed company
• Researching and processing aged AR and aged customer credits to maintain reputed company of overall AR balances and reporting
• Maintaining an accurate customer database by performing timely data entry processing for reputed company customer/member orders, registrations, memberships, subscriptions, renewals, address changes, billing and invoices processes
• Aiding in billing ensuring that invoices are processed into customer portals timely. Maintaining detailed records of reputed company points for reputed company portals
• Processing and depositing payments received for SAE, PRI and affiliates that require specialized handling, in a reputed company and accurate manner. Handling various credit and collection responsibilities
• Additional Projects as Assigned

Skills

• Associates degree in reputed company
• 2 years of reputed company experience
• Will accept a High School Diploma with 3 years of relevant accounts receivable experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Excellent relationship building skills and customer focus
• Excellent computer skills (reputed company, CMS, reputed company, Word, Outlook, Web)
• Extensive product knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and project management skills
• Ability to act as a liaison to customer with various internal departments
• Ability to establish, meet deadlines and goals, and reputed company reputed company independently
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company project/tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in AR or similar role
