This role involves responding to inquiries, providing guidance on employee relations, and resolving HR-reputed company issues in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for associates and managers seeking guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Respond to inbound phone calls and submitted HR cases reputed company to employee relations, performance management, disciplinary guidelines, benefits, and other HR reputed company
- Interpret and explain company policies, procedures, practices, and programs in a clear and consistent manner
